Packaging + Pallet Stacking
- Container DC: 10 rows per pallet, 10 x 20 + 15 = 215 cm
- Container HC: 11 rows per pallet, 11 x 20 + 15 = 235 cm
- Truck: 11/12 rows per pallet, 11 x 20 + 15 = 235 cm / 12 x 20 + 15 = 255 cm
- 8 boxes in 1 row (24 x 8 = 192 packages per pallet layer)
- Pallet height varies by transport type: 215 cm (DC), 235 cm (HC), 235-255 cm (truck)

Loading Calculations - 20 FT Container
- 8 boxes in 1 row (24 x 8 = 192 packages)
- 10 rows stacked per pallet
- Height: 10 x 20 cm = 200 cm + 15 cm pallet foot = 215 cm
- 11 pallets, 10 rows: 11 x 80 boxes = 880 boxes
- 880 x 24 = 21,120 pieces (approx. 20g package)

Loading Calculations - 40 FT Container
- 8 boxes in 1 row (24 x 8 = 192 packages)
- 10 rows stacked per pallet
- Height: 10 x 20 cm = 200 cm + 15 cm pallet foot = 215 cm
- 24 pallets, 10 rows: 24 x 80 boxes = 1,920 boxes
- 1,920 x 24 = 46,080 pieces (approx. 20g package)

Loading Calculations - 40 HC Container
- 8 boxes in 1 row (24 x 8 = 192 packages)
- 11/12 rows can be stacked per pallet
- 11 rows: 11 x 20 + 15 = 235 cm
- 12 rows: 12 x 20 + 15 = 255 cm
- Scenario 1 (11 rows): 24 pallets x 88 boxes = 2,112 boxes - 2,112 x 24 = 50,688 pieces
- Scenario 2 (12 rows): 24 pallets x 96 boxes = 2,304 boxes - 2,304 x 24 = 55,296 pieces

Loading Calculations - Tilt Truck
- 8 boxes in 1 row (24 x 8 = 192 packages)
- 11/12 rows can be stacked per pallet
- 11 rows: 11 x 20 + 15 = 235 cm
- 12 rows: 12 x 20 + 15 = 255 cm
- Scenario 1 (11 rows): 33 pallets x 88 boxes = 2,904 boxes - 2,904 x 24 = 69,696 pieces
- Scenario 2 (12 rows): 33 pallets x 96 boxes = 3,168 boxes - 3,168 x 24 = 76,032 pieces
